1. Introduction

Welcome to Brave Legacy Community!

By joining our membership and using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing or using the community, training materials, or any associated services.

2. Membership Structure & Termination

No Contract:

Membership is pay-as-you-go, meaning you can terminate your membership at any time.

Membership Cancellation:

If you choose to cancel, access will continue until the end of the current paid-through period, after which no further charges will be made.

Brave Legacy Pro Plan:

If a Pro Plan member requests termination or experiences a failed payment, their account will be paused, and all business support services will be discontinued.

3. Storage Services & Data Retention

Storage Payments:

Storage services are available on a monthly or annual subscription basis.

Missed Payments & Data Deletion:

If payment is more than 29 days late, all stored data—including documents, video files, audio files, and images—will be permanently erased from the system. A new subscription will be required, and any lost data will not be recoverable.

To avoid data loss, an annual subscription is recommended to prevent a lapse in payment exceeding 29 days.

Permanent Data Loss:

Once images, video, audio files, and stored documents are deleted by the user or due to failed payment, they cannot be recovered.Brave Legacy Community does not store copies of deleted files outside of the member’s personal cloud storage.

4. Refund Policy

No Refunds:

Due to the digital nature of our training materials, courses, and community access, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership:

All intellectual property—including content, documents, images, audio files, and videos—solely belongs to the primary account holder.

Disputes:

Brave Legacy Community is not responsible for mediating intellectual property disputes between primary account holders and their authorized users.

Intellectual Property Removal:

Upon request, any intellectual property being used for commercial purposes will be removed by Brave Legacy Community Admin, provided there is proper documentation of ownership or a legal request.

6. Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use

By participating in the Brave Legacy Community, you agree to:

Engage respectfully with other members.Avoid any form of harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior.

Not share, distribute, or resell any training materials or content.

Refrain from using the platform for illegal activities or unauthorized promotions.

Violations of these guidelines may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Account Security & Access

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required for login, including an active email and a one-time passcode (OTP). Authorized users must have their own email and will receive a unique OTP for each time they login. If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to protect the integrity of our platform.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Brave Legacy Community at our discretion. Significant changes to the membership structure or pricing will be communicated at 30 Days in advance.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Jurisdiction:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from the use of Brave Legacy Community services shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Florida.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for business outcomes, financial results, or other personal or professional impacts from using our community, training, or services. You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that all resources are provided “as is” without guarantees.
